July Adventures: Happy 4th of July!

So July was a super crazy busy fun filled month for us. I figured I would break it up into a few posts instead of doing one huge one. (I know, most of my posts are huge anyway but this would have been a monstrosity ha ha. A few segments will be better.) We started off the month of July heading down to Riverton to have some fun and celebrate the 4th of July with my family. We went to a parade on the 3rd and a Bee's game on the 4th. Colson absolutely loved the parade. He loved dancing to all the bands going by. He also loved chasing after all the candy. That part I could live without. Oh well. It was his first really decent parade he has seen. We have caught the tail end of one or two before but this one was definitely the best. The baseball game was pretty fun too. Colson doesn't sit still for much though so we probably spent more time chasing him than seeing the game. We went with my whole family. It rained for a little while during the game but we stuck it out because we really wanted to see the fireworks at the end. Colson thought they were great this year. Last year he cried for a minute, then watched for a minute, then fell asleep. This year he was so excited. He kept saying "I touch it." He was also slightly concerned that things were exploding though. It was funny. When the show finished he asked if we could watch it again. He is just a cute kid. We had a fun little trip that week and a lot more fun ahead. Here are the pictures of our 4th.
